      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried all the troubleshooting and Netflix will not load through my sky q box by 9pm when I want to sit and watch something. This has been going on for almost 10 days and I can access Netflix via fire stick and iPad so it's a sky problem. I am paying for this service and not being able to use it.. why is this an ongoing problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a WiFi issue. &amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your WiFi router too?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;possibly a channel clash or bandwidth (contention) issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you connect by Ethernet to test?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
