Sky Q box dropping out briefly

Hi / we have had Sky Q for many years without issue / recently the little box in bedroom is losing connection to the big box and then resumes within 15 ish seconds I have already done shut downs resets with no difference - it's becoming annoying - nothing has changed in the house and bb is perfect / please help thanks rich - this probably happens a few times a day

Hi @richard+swift In the following order, try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, do the same with any Mini boxes?

Thanks -I have done these reboots etc as I always have in the past when it lost - these drop outs are random last 20 seconds and the thing restores itself / I'm a telecoms engineer and bb is fine
