Sky finhd legacy gone

Hi, i have had the sky f1 channel free since it started through the hd legacy thing, anyway, last weekend for the baku race we recorded them all as we were away, but when we went to watch them it said "failed, no subscription".

Has this happened to anyone else? I upgraded to add netflix to my sky account, is it because of this that i have now lost sky f1? I refuse to pay £18 extra a month for 1 channel!

@stevie76 it may well be the fact you upgraded as Sky would have probably needed to change the base package that you have to Sky signature to add Netflix and this would have removed any legacy packages you had. The person you spoke to should really have informed you this would happen

Yes. (As NetFlix has a prerequisite of Signature which means any legacy subs are lost)

The same here. I contacted sky and they were useless. Totally oblivious to me loosing the channel and only interested in selling an upgrade to all sky sports.
