Mini box wont play any F1

My mini box has stopped allowing me to watch any formula 1 recordings (including driver conferences, Ted's notebook etc) but will let me watch other F1 channel programmes. The error I get is "cannot play this content on this device".

What on earth has happened and how to I get to watch it on my mini box again?

hi @Lensgirl123

I suspect you only recorded it in UHD - the minis cannot play UHD content.

Some of us record in both UHD & HD in case we want to watch on a mini

BTW This year with the introductoin of a dedicated F1 UHD channel so some shows are now also in UHD which weren't available in UHD last year
