The box needs a regular 'keep alive' signal via the Satellite.

It eventually times out and won't work again until the signal is restored.

Our satellite signal has been down for about 10 days. We had an engineer out today who told us that it is to do with how the house is wired and therefore it's our builders problem. However, as well as having no satellite signal - we now also have no access to the apps or anything we could previously use without satellite signal. Any idea why this has now gone?!
