If you mean exploded rather than corroded that's serious so it may be beneficial to take some photos of the device or what's left of it as Sky will want to investigate. Hope everyone's okay.

Put everything to one side as Sky will probably want it sent to the Product Safety Team.

edit: @Chloe-W22 If I remember correctly this happened before?
