Main Box Sporadic Pixelation On Playback

Hi Guys

Had Sky Q for a number of years, and i have lived with it for a while, but i keep getting Pixelation on my recordsings when watching them. Done the usual rebooted the box etc - any other ideas before i book an enginner?
