I have recently added on sky multi room but haven't recieved a mini box, sky says I didn't order one but should I not get one for free with my upgrade

Depends on what upgrade you have agreed to @Carolka

Unfortunately a mini does not automatically come with the monthly Multiscreen subscription.

@Carolka You only get a mini box if you order one, subscribing to multiscreen doesn't automatically get you one sent it just allows you to view on another screen/device.

The fee for a first Mini may well be discounted down to nothing, but it does have to be ordered manually.

Some Sky subscribers will, for example, add Multiscreen in order to use the Sky Go app on Apple TV hardware or a gaming console, and don't require a Mini box.
