Programmes missing from programme guide

For some reason lots of programmes are missing from my programme guide! Happened before, & it said I had to turn the settings to ECO, which has been awful for an insomniac, to get up & come downstairs to turn on the main box, just so I can use the mini box in the bedroom.....however, even with the stupid box on ECO, it has happened again! What should I do to fix it? I detest this SKYQ box & wish I'd stuck with my old HD box!

I'm not sure changing the standby settings has any affect on the EPG guide. Have you tried rebooting the box? Let us know if you're not sure how to do that.

I agree with @Daniel0210, if you want to use the Mini Box through the night, there's no benefit having the Main Q Box set to ECO Mode.

The mini box doesn't work if the box is on eco mode between certain hours! According to the Sky help guide, the programmes go missing from the EPG if the box is NOT on eco mode! It's ridiculous!

@Fi22 for the last 5 years my box has had eco mode turned off and i never have problems with programmes going missing from the EPG
