      <title>Sky Q Viewing Card Error</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently receiving an error message on my Sky Q box saying "please ensure the correct viewing card is inserted with the chip facing up"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried removing the card and reinserted it. I have wiped the card with a lint cloth. I have updated the software on my Sky Q box and I have reset the box.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
