      <title>youtube app suddenly very slow to load and poor quality on sky q</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This last 3 days my youtube app on tv has become very slow / failing to load and the quality of image/sound very poor.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've reset the internet router, with no improvement - any ideas please?&amp;nbsp; Netflix too, also slow to load and sometimes says on their screen that there is a technical issue they are working to resolve, so I don't know if there is a temporary problem affecting youtube as well but not declared by them...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm pleased to say that just as I was about to argue with the sky q box as you suggested, the problem resolved - so I do think it was something more global that just my box.&amp;nbsp; I'll keep that advice to hand though&amp;nbsp; - in case!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
