    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having intermittent but more frequent issues with my SkyQ box. When I use (say) Prime Video app and I get an error message, I press the Sky button to return to Sky. Then I just get a blank (black) screen and nothing returns. The only thing I can do is unplug the SkyQ box and plug the power back in again and reboot. This is becoming more frequent and is a real pain. Any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When exiting Apps it's best to use the Exit App button if there is one. &amp;nbsp;Otherwise keep pressing the Q remote Dismiss button (left of home button) repeatedly until the get the box to exit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but there are no App exit buttons when it fails. It simply says "Something went wrong" and even using the back button does nothing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
