How to Watch UHD Premier League

Good afternoon,

I subscribe to the football package (and UHD upgrade) which gives me access to the Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Football channels.

In order to watch in UHD on these channels, I used to press 'select' or the red button during live matches however those options are no longer appearing. When I try to access the Main Event UHD channel, it says it's not included in my package.

Any help on how to get access to the UHD content would be much appreciated.

Hi @nvran

Have you tried via the menu Home -> Sports -> Football -> Live Football -> Arsenal v Chelsea UHD. Make sure that your resolution is set to 2160p before you look.

The first thing I suggest is to restart your main SKY Q box :

Use the remote to place it into standby mode

Then remove the power to it (either switch off at mains or remove the power plug)

Wait at least 30s

Then re-apply the power & wait for it to fully restart - this may take a few minutes.

After that make sure that the resolution has not droped back to 1080:

Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual

Ah yes that's worked! Thanks for your help, would never have thought to go via that section.
