&lt;P&gt;Can I suggest you double check your subscription to make sure that after the upgrade you have not lost the HD element - I can't remember the old susbcription package but with SKY Signature SKY HD is a separate add on&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;P.S. Don't forget that when your box is replaced with SKY Q you won't have access to your old recordings (except those you have purchased) so make sure you do watch any you may want to before the switch&lt;/P&gt;</description>
