&lt;P&gt;If you subscribed to Netflix through Sky originally and have never used Netflix on any other devices; &amp;nbsp;then you possibly haven't set up a Netflix password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Netflix Account Email is likely to be the same as your Sky login. &amp;nbsp;This can be confirmed in the Netflix&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Get help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;menu . &amp;nbsp;(Scroll down to the bottom of the Netflix left hand menu and then scroll right to Get help)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As regards a Netflix password you can set one up in the following link&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Assuming you subscribe through Sky&lt;BR /&gt;Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + SD)&lt;BR /&gt;You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.&lt;BR /&gt;You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I already had a netflix account before I changed to netflix with sky , thry said it would be linked to my existing netflix account which worked for a while now for some strange reason the account that sky linked now says I have no streaming plan it says this on any device apart from the sky q box I've signed in on a few devices and it says the same thing that I need to add a plan , and I am trying these devices one at a time thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
