      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive recently upgraded to SkyQ and took the Netflix subscription discount package but notice the HD Standar quakity is producing fuzzy, blockey pixels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've checked the internet speed and DL is 396 mbps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be grateful!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
