    <description>&lt;P&gt;Have tried help topics regards switching off box and associated devices, and rebooted all. But Sky box &amp;nbsp;not responding, suspect box is outdated and will not support software updates. Would Sky normally replace outdated equipment ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
