Viewing before 6am

Anyone know why I cannot view sky before 6am?

My mini box cannot connect, no active server message is shown with a code.

After 6am it works fine

Looked in settings no information regarding viewing times

HELP NEEDED THANK YOU

You need to take your main box out of Eco mode.

On the main Q box go to Settings > Setup > Preferences > Standby mode > change it from Eco to either None or Active.
