    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Usually happens overnight, but has frozen mid day as well. Unresponsive with red and green light on, only power reset works which may fix for a day or so.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried, turning off 2.4 and 5GHz wireless, making sure lots of recording space,&amp;nbsp; tried all the standby modes (None/Active/Eco) and "reset settings" option from the engineer menu. The Sky Q box is hardwired to 1gb internet worked fine for 3 years.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signal strength fluctuates between 70 and 80&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Signal quality 90&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;LNB type Wideband&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Software version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Q210.000.06.03L (5k4107v)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hardware Version&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;32B206&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Feels pretty terminal at this point, unless anyone has an idea.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Box swapped. Seems resolved. It was actually &amp;nbsp;1TB box not 2TB. I did notice on the old box, calcuting by extrapolation, &amp;nbsp;it only took about 500GB of recordings for it to register 100% full. On the replacement this seems to be up to 700GB not sure if this is relevant tbh.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
