BBC channels not working

Sky Q box seems to be working fine but BBC 1 and 2 are showing, "This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal".

Going into the 950 and 960 channels and some work and some have this error message.

I have rebooted the box

Any suggestions please

You will need to book an engineer visit to check the dish alignment as it isn't receiving some of the BBC transponders.

Might be an idea to check that the 2 cables that come from your dish haven't come lose at the back of your Shy Q receiver.
