Netflix keeps buffering on sky Q

when I go to the Netflix app it keeps buffering. This happens regularly.

I have read other posts, and turned off the sky box, unplugged etc and this has worked a couple of times, but not today.

have tried to refresh apps

do a software update check, but still not working.

any ideas. Anyone from sky on here who can help

What is your broadband speed and is it a main or mini box.

It's fine broadband 80mbs and on main box
