&lt;P&gt;If you've been channel-hopping when you've been recording a programme and gone to that channel, even for a few seconds, the Sky Q box will think you've watched the recording to that point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So why on earth has Sky decided that when you record a series, they decide to show you half way through it when you press play (for example EastEnders).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And why is the blue line complete along the bottom of something that I have recorded but not watched ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky are ABSOLUTELY on their last legs with me !!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm out of contract (and have been for 6 month's) and pay over £100 a month, so the world is my oyster....and it doesn't include Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
