Hey I have started getting an issue where my sky q box keeps turning off and then on again on its own when I'm watching recorded content

Only on recordings.

Try checking all connections and then reboot the box.

Thanks, done all that still happening! Tried to find a number to call someone but more chance of winning the lottery haha
