I am guessing your TV is up to date but I suggest you try updating the TV's firmware

After that double check the TV's setting for Deep color (I think that is the LG option) on the HDMI used for SKY

Hi

i've lost UHD (both) and 1080p today. All working well for months, no changes by me. Switched on tv and it said your settings have been changed. Can't change in av settings (not accepted). Have switched everything off and back on again as well as checking connections.

LG G2

Sonos Beam (Gen 2)

500mb broadband

Thanks for any help

Hi

Thanks for any help

First thing to try: With the SKY Q box turned on press the following keys in sequence

Home 1 0 8 0 Home

If that gets you access then try setting back to 2160

Should you have problems I suggest a full power down restart of your Tv (i.e. unplug or switchoff at mains)

Home 1 0 8 0 Home tells me my settings have been set to default ( now 1080i !)

Still wont apply any setting higher than that.

Everthing powered down and restarted including tv and Sonos
