&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Reboot your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot, do the same with any Mini boxes?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just tried what you said but still the same problem. Netflix working perfectly in the lounge from the main box. But in the bedroom, all we get is the Netflix name and a constantly spinning icon.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
