Hi, dog chewed up Sky Q remote so can't unpair it. How can I use a new remote without unpairing the old one please?

you don't need to unpair the old remote

The new remote will pair with the SKY Q box, replacing the old one

Just press hold 1 & 3 on the new remote to start the process

In which case try resetting the new remote

Press & hold 6 & 9 together until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Once reset try the 1 & 3 again

note : Until it is paired it needs direct line of sight of the Q box as it uses infrared until it is paired
