      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my cancellation is being progressed and I was told I would be sent packaging to return my SkyQ box etc but not received anything yet and I'm moving soon but if I don't return I will be charged?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
