SkyQ mini boxes keep freezing

I have 2 sky mini boxes which keep freezing when watching live channels. I can watch content on the apps though so my internet connection is fine. I have reset all the boxes and nothing seems to be working. The mini boxes have been sticking on and off when watching live channels the past couple of weeks but today it has completely stopped working. I can watch live channels on my main box though. Can anyone help? Thanks
