Black screen no Q light

Sky TV not working only showing black screen. Green light is on and red record is on and no blue Q light. Tried rebooting but issue still the same. Any other ideas on how to fix?

This may be the problem - you need to reset your picture resolution. If you're stuck on a plain black screen, it could means you've selected a picture resolution that your TV doesn't support. Press Home, 1,0,8,0, Home, on your Sky Q remote to reset your picture resolution.

This has not worked for me. Still same issue on going.

Try these pointers - Sky Help | Sky.com
