Do you have your own satellite dish? If so, have you spoken to Sky to let them know you're still having signal problems?

@Melaniec30

We are customers here like yourself. You'll need to contact Sky again to re-book an engineer.

In the meantime, check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check the troubleshooting in this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q

Note: A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels.
