Sky Q freezing and skipping

My Sky Q just randomly freezes then skips back a couple seconds, plays to same spot and freezes again in a neverevding loop. You have to change the channel to get it to stop. Its really annoying when you are trying to watch live because when you get back to the channel you want, you cannot rewind what you have missed.
