&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3758123"&gt;@Daffers1932&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;thats more than likely a TV problem anytime+ is samsungs name for CEC&amp;nbsp; on a LG TV they call it Simplink and Sony call it something different you could try going into settings on your Q box and turning it off in settings &amp;gt; audio visual &amp;gt; HDMI control and see it it helps if not then try your TV settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
