Catch up tv not working with new sky q box

Hi there.

I recently got a sky Q box fitted and everything was working fine including the catch up TV. However, since downgrading to the sky essentials package I can't use catchup. I keep getting a prompt saying I need to upgrade to use catch up?
I though that catch up tv was free to use? It's only coronation street that I'm trying to catch up with.
I've done a software update and changed the download over to SD instead of HD and it's still not working.
can I not use catch up on the sky essentials package?

Hi @KellyH19 you should be able to access BBC and ITV catch up in SD with the Essentials package?

It will let me download eastenders off BBC iplayer, but not coronation street from ITV?
