Paying extra for Ultra HD

Hi.

I have Sky Q with Sky sports and Sky Signature. I've just noticed that I'm paying £4 for Ultra HD.

Can I cancel this as my TV doesn't even support Ultra HD. I don't seem to be able to via web or the My Sky app, so thought I'd ask here before I start the long process of trying to speak to someone.

Yes, give sky a call they can remove UHD for you.

Bare in mind if you pay for Netflix with Sky this will reduce your package from 4 screen premium down to 2 screens at a time standard.

You need to contact Sky giving 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them, because the discounts were provided on the understanding you’d be paying that discounted price for the full period. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t affect another discount.

You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling using the number that should appear.
