All of a sudden I'm not able to get Paramount+, Disney+ etc but the 'normal' Sky channels are fine. I first noticed this trying to access my Prime video account renting a vid (I couldn't get on Sky!) - the vid refused to play, could watch on my phone but not the TV. Error message was 'something went wrong' - I then tried to 'continue' watching progs I'd not accessed for a few weeks on both Disney & Paramount and gig same error message - but also some give an error message about not being available in on my region (but it is as I was watching it only 4 weeks before and have for a long time prior!) .. this has 'just suddenly started happening. So pretty much I can't acessszanythkng other than what's on 'tv guide' .. what's gone wrong?

advice gratefully received before calling in to Sky (who aren't open when I'm not working 😩)
