Netflix- how to log in on smart tv

I have Netflix as part of my Sky package and can watch Netflix through the app on my sky q box. But how do I log in to Netflix on my smart tv? Or on the Netflix app on my phone? Netflix doesn't recognise the email address I use to log in to my sky account. Thanks!

Hi @JohnDoe

To use your Sky Netflix account on other devices you need to set up a password as well as using your Sky Netflix email to login.

Thanks, I tried but it says no account found for this email address, and it's definitely the one I use for sky as I can log in fine to sky.

Hi @JohnDoe

When you say you can log in fine on Sky; do you actually sign out of the Netflix App after use.

Its normal to just Exit the App (best to use Exit Netflix) and not actually Sign out.

Just to check open your Netflix App on your Q box and go to the Left Hand menu.

Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and scroll right and select Get help.

On the Next screen you can see the email address associated with your Sky Netflix.

Are you using this email address to reset your password on the Netflix site I posted?
