topic Netflix through Sky in Sky Q

Hello,

I have just had my broadband issue sorted by the engineer and he said that I could get Netflix through Sky as I already pay for Netflix separately. I was just wondering if I have to cancel my Netflix subscription separately if I am watching it through Sky instead. Also, how long will it take for the app to be available through On Demand?

Thanks

You don't need to cancel your existing subscription, you just need to add Ultimate TV to your subscription and you'll get Netflix Basic. If you want Netflix Standard you need the HD pack on your subscription, and if you want Netflix Premium you need to have the UHD pack.

Once you have the billing transferred from Netflix to Sky you can use any Netflix app in the same way as you have always done, you don't have to use the Netflix app on the Sky Q box.
