      <title>Viewing card error message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Switched on my box this lunchtime and get the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please insert the correct viewing card is inserted wirh the chip facing up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;have switched the box off and on at the mains, and re-inserted the card, but it doesn't make any difference&lt;/P&gt;</description>
