Disney plus not recognising password

Hi. Took out a Disney plus yearly option directly with them and tried to log in via sky q app. Not matter what I do it will not recognise my password. Using the tv app directly I have no issues logging in.

I've refreshed the apps with no luck. Are sky preventing me from using the Disney plus app on sky a or is there some other issue

There should not be any reason why you can't log in on your SKY box

I have a direct annual subscription & whilst I only use the SKY Q version of the app to check things I can access it OK
