      <title>Voice Control on Remote says - you are not connected to the internet !</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The sky broadband has been fine &amp;amp; has not stopped.&amp;nbsp; However the VOICE control on the remote, comes up with the screen box - but when you speak, it says you are not connected to the internet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried resetting everything &amp;amp; oressing the WPS on the Sky Q box - but nothing happens, the orange light just flashes on &amp;amp; off but doesnt go green..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried resestting our Sky Broadband &amp;amp; that doesnt make it work either, but the broadband simply deosnt want to link to the TV box - cant find what to do ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try doing this;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart your Sky Q box&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press standby on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug it at the mains.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check there're no lights on the front panel of your Sky Q box and all cables are securely connected.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press Home on your Sky Q remote.&lt;BR /&gt;Make sure the tv guide is populated on your Sky Q box, may take a few minutes.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart your router&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Switch off or unplug your router at the mains socket.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Check there are no lights on the front of your router.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Reconnect the power cable or plug in and switch your router back on at the mains.
