      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I returned my Sky Q main box and minibox in one parcel at the Post Office on 5th April.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately the tracking info shows no update since the 6th April. All it says is 'we've got it' (Royal Mail).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On My Sky I've had two red warnings to return the equipment by a certain date. One for the minibox and one for the main box. The warning for the minibox dissaperaed after a few days but the warning for the main box remains.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given how unreliable Royal Mail have become of late I am unsure if this means the parcel has been delivered and Sky have only acknowledged 1 box has been returned, even though I've returned 2.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anybody on here help me or do I need to ring up?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
