Is it the wire that is fed into your master socket on the wall? (Sqaure white box)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is it one of the cables that goes from that white box too your router?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;---&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If its the first option you'd need to give sky a call for an engineer to be booked, if its option 2 they can send a replacement cable depending on which it is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning,&amp;nbsp; I was wondering if it would be possible for an engineer to come out and change the wiring. This is due to my puppy chewing through it. This now needs replacing. Many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
