&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3754682"&gt;@Big+toe74&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you have then&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home &amp;gt; settings &amp;gt; system info &amp;gt; viewing card number &amp;gt; setup &amp;gt; viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
