Pixelation on SkyQ

I recently had Sky Q installed and now I have pixelated pictures on a few channels. Discovery sky sports Itv are the main ones but does happen on others. Not sure if it's been aligned correctly as we had to have a new LNB to accommodate SkyQ. I have updated software and reset the box but still have this issue

@MacB1970 if you are still getting the pixellation then it may well be that your dish needs to be re-aligned. You will need an engineer to do this You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below
