      <title>SKY Q UPDATE</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i get random small annoyances, and have tried to do a manual update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to settings, an update is available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I click, and it says, UPDATING.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WAIT UNTIL FINISH, AND TURN OFF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do all that, and follow the rules precisely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go back, and check again, it still says, update available, and the same issues occur&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issues....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;No schedule&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Recordings for same program and series, show separately in recordings list.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently this is prime, do an update stuff, but it doesn't solve it ... &lt;P&gt;The message does not say update available.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It says Update with the latest software.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is the message even when it is on the latest version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Forcing a manual update when already on the latest doesn't refresh the Software and it just does an extended reboot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Those are issues known by Sky to be affecting some subscribers, but this doesn't mean they are resolved by any current firmware release.&amp;nbsp; Repeatedly running the manual update process just causes the box to restart each time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
