    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had Sky Q installed yesterday and when I try to watch a program from the beginning after missing the start it tells me I need to upgrade my subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also have problems watching cinema on demand as again it states I need to upgrade my subscription to use this service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Sky signature with HD pack, UHD pack and complete sports pack.&amp;nbsp; The engineer yesterday told me I have Sky cinema included for 2 free months on top of that which was something I knew nothing about.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please as I don't know what to do.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
