Sky Q boxes not arrived

I joined sky on 1st April. I was told my SkyQ boxes would be delivered in 3-5days and they have not arrived yet. Engineer is due to set up next Tuesday. What should I do?

Fear not.

All Q TV boxes are delivered by the installer

Thank you. I have received my viewing card today, maybe it was this that I was told would be sent to me, not the boxes

As @oldfella has stated the engineer brings the Sky Q box, any mini boxes, remotes, cables and dish on your installation date. If you've taken Sky Broadband as well the Broadband hub may arrive a day or two before the activation goes live.
