    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3627145"&gt;@Addie15&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today a lovely engineer came out and set up a new box because of the problems we are having. Was very happy.&amp;nbsp; He also looked at the satellite dish.&lt;BR /&gt;Unbeliebvably it has just happened again when we tried to access Disney Plus! It only happens when accessing apps. I van't believe&amp;nbsp; it, what could it be? The engineer checked all was working, the softeare, the apps etc, this was around 1pm or so and it failed about 4 hours later.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
