      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Spoke with &lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2187539"&gt;@Bill146&lt;/a&gt; and this is a known issue currently being investigated by the tech teams, although there is no resolution time for the fix there is other none video help articles available, also all the help video's are available to view on via the youtube channel by searching the video's/articles name in google&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for the escalation have a great Bank holiday&lt;/P&gt;</description>
