Hi

Ive has Sky for 17 years , moved home a year ago but the last 6 months I've had no signal 50% of the time. Bad weather again last week a lot of clouds , but even when it cleared my tv saying no signal . In the last month alone I've not had a successful recording or watched anything even on calm nice days. Nothing blocking satellite, there's nothing around us ! What's the number?? So I can actually talk to someone?

Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Is 'no signal' being displayed or 'no satellite signal' as these are totally different?

@SheenaAjwa

With the high winds currently about sounds like your dish may be about of alignment.
Any error messages displayed?

Whenever a “no satellite signal” message is displayed firstly check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Also check out the troubleshooting on this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish (it’s not something that will necessarily be visible to the naked eye). If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.
